CDS-2實(shí)驗(yàn)室臥式砂磨機(jī)是研磨缸呈水平狀的，研磨器為轉(zhuǎn)子棒銷型的研磨分散設(shè)備，適用于對固、液兩相懸浮體進(jìn)行超細(xì)研磨。主機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，操作采用觸摸屏控制(非防爆型)，菜單式管理，操作簡單方便。廣泛應(yīng)用于涂料、油墨、非金屬礦超細(xì)粉體、染料、磁記錄材料等工業(yè)部門及大專院?？蒲性核膶?shí)驗(yàn)室，本機(jī)使用方便，是實(shí)驗(yàn)室必備的超細(xì)研磨試驗(yàn)設(shè)備。
The milling vessel of the CDS-2 is in horizontal state, the grinder made in rotator pin mode for milling and dispersing. Suitable to have extra-fine milling of solid-liquid suspensoid. The main machine adopts frequency variable speed regulating and the operation is carried out by contact screen (non-explosion-proof ), with menu-type management therefore it is simple and convenient to operate. It is widely applied in coating, ink, super fine powder of nonmetalliferous ore, dyes, magnetic recording material, etc of industry department and the laboratory of LA colleges. This model is easy to operate. It is the must for super milling in laboratory.
注：研磨器的材質(zhì)有合金鋼、全氧化鋯材料(含筒體內(nèi)壁)，全氧化鋯材料的研磨器盡可能的減少物料的污染。本機(jī)有防爆型和非防爆型兩種供選擇。
Notes: The material of grinder has alloy steel, full-zirconia material (including the inwall of tank), full-zirconia material grinders can be capable of reducing pollution as much as possible. The machine has two options: explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof.
